Buyer shall remit full and complete payment no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date (“Net-30”). The invoice will be issued upon shipment or confirmation of delivery, whichever is applicable.
Government & Educational Accounts
Net-30 payment terms are available for qualified government agencies, public schools, universities, and educational institutions upon approval.
Purchase Orders (POs), tax-exempt documentation, and institutional procurement requirements are supported.
Invoice Requirements
The Net-30 payment terms apply when Seller issues an invoice containing:

Purchase Order (PO) number, if applicable

Itemized description of goods delivered
-
Delivery confirmation or shipment record
-
Remittance address and vendor details
-
Applicable tax exemption certificate (if provided by Buyer)
Electronic invoice delivery shall constitute valid receipt.
Late Payment
If payment is not received within thirty (30) days from the invoice date, Seller reserves the right to:

Suspend future shipments or services; and
-
Convert the account to prepayment terms for future orders.
Interest will not be charged on late government or educational payments unless otherwise required by statute or mutually executed agreement.
Invoice or Delivery Discrepancies
Buyer must notify Seller in writing within seven (7) business days from invoice receipt regarding:

quantity discrepancies,
-
pricing errors,
-
damaged goods, or
-
non-delivery issues.
Absent such notice, the invoice shall be deemed accepted.
Payment Methods
Buyer may remit payment using any of the following:

ACH/EFT bank transfer
-
Mailed check issued by Buyer or Buyer’s finance office
-
Wire transfer
-
Government or institutional procurement payment systems
Payment must be issued within the Net-30 timeframe.
Commencement of Terms
Net-30 payment period begins on the later of:

the date of verified delivery or buyer acknowledgment.
Proof of delivery may include carrier tracking records, signed receiving documents, or email acknowledgment from buyer personnel.
Late Payment
Past due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
Seller reserves the right to suspend future deliveries or credit terms for accounts with overdue balances.
